For most players the [[Support center|Support Center]] is the primary means of contacting staff - whether it be for reporting bugs, voicing complaints or making requests. Each item of communication is stored as a 'ticket' and placed in a queue from which [[Creation/Management/Contacts|various admins]] can retrieve it.
