Staff boots

Staff boots are a special NPC given to staff members that allow them to move quickly over any terrain ignoring the usual collision checks that prevent players from crossing walls. The idea of these Staff boots were from police so they can go quickly through levels to catch the 'bad guy'. This also, turns out to be the largest source of staff abuse
The staff boots were invented around 1999 (of what I remember), but I am not sure who. I just decided to try to help and add onto this article, which I am doing now. Okay, well I guess I just wasted 2 minutes of my life typing this nonsense, but hey, now it is complete ;-D.
