Introduction

The Graal Online Client is a piece of software written in C++ used to allow Graalians to connect and play GraalOnline servers. Graal uses it's own scripting engine (GScript2) to develop servers and other Graal features allowing GraalOnline to be easily implemented on all major operating systems without much recoding between platforms.

Windows Client

Minimum Requirement

  • Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista
  • DirectX 8.0
  • Pentium II 300MHz (or equivalent)
  • 64MB RAM
  • Internet Connection (56kbps Modem)
  • 50MB Hard Disk Space

Recommended System

  • Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista
  • DirectX 8.0 or Higher
  • Pentium II 350MHz or Higher
  • 128MB RAM or Higher
  • Internet Connection (Modem or LAN)
  • 100MB Hard Disk Space
  • Video Card (640x480x16bpp or Higher)

Linux Client

Minimum Requirement

  • Linux
  • XWindows + OpenGL
  • 3D Video Card (640x480x16bpp or Higher)
  • Pentium III 350MHz (or equivalent)
  • 128MB RAM
  • Internet Connection (56kbps Modem)
  • 100MB Hard Disk Space

Recommended System

  • Linux
  • XWindows + OpenGL
  • 3D Video Card (800x600x16bpp or Higher)
  • Pentium III 800MHz or Higher
  • 256MB RAM or Higher
  • Internet Connection (Modem or LAN)
  • 150MB Hard Disk Space

Mac OSX Client

Minimum Requirement

  • Macintosh with Mac OS X
  • 3D Video Card (640x480x16bpp or Higher)
  • 128MB RAM
  • Internet Connection (56kbps Modem)
  • 40MB Hard Disk Space

Recommended System

  • Macintosh with Mac OS X
  • PowerPC processor (otherwise will run using Rosetta emulation)
  • 3D Video Card (800x600x16bpp or Higher)
  • 256MB RAM or Higher
  • Internet Connection (Modem or LAN)
  • 100MB Hard Disk Space
