Periodically developers will release content such as Scripts and Graphics that's free for people to use, usually on the Graal Forums. Here you can find a lot of quality content releases in one place.
Always make sure to credit the original creators for their work. There are two main threads (at the moment of writing this) where graphics are released to the public. The Free Tiles thread and the sprites.png thread.
Playerworld Packs
These are archives created, and distributed to the public, by the GDT.
Other Graphics Releases
There are many, many code releases, which can be found here. There is an official clientside code release called the shared functions pack.
