| The leaders of nations can assign specific area's of their nation to someone that they deem fit. These assigned area leaders can be named whatever the nation leader decides on. Some examples: Governor, Duke, Count, Mayor.

| Nation leaders can give these "nobles" any rights that they want, and the nobles can assign subordinates themselves as well, but like the [[Remote Control]] works, nobles cant give their subordinates rights that they do not have.
